Bike Basket
When a parent buys their child a bike, they most likely won’t only be purchasing the bike. Kids take pride in their two-wheeled rides, just like adults take pride in their cars. Kids want to have the “coolest” bike possible, which means they will most likely want to accessorize. There are many different extras one can purchase for their child’s new toy, including different bike seats, pedals, handlebar grips, streamers; the list goes on and on.
One of the most popular bike accessories is the bike basket. A bike basket is a great way for a child to transport their most “important” items from one point to another. They will get excited to bring their trading cards, action figures, compact video games, and even small pets to their nearby friend’s or neighbor’s house. Using a bike basket not only protects the things you buy for your children, but the added excitement can encourage them to go out and ride their bike and get some exercise. This is a good way to get your child to practice excellent habits to stay in shape, which can continue throughout the course of their lives.
While bicycle baskets are commonly thought of as “girly” or feminine, there are many options available which are geared towards boys as well.
